Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for your order. If you need to return an item, we are here to help with a clear and easy return process.

Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Review this Return & Refund Policy before submitting your request.

  2. Contact customer service at info@odazsports.com for assistance and return authorization.

  3. Once your request is approved, a return authorization number will be provided. This number must be included with your return.

  4. Package your item securely with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging.

  5. Ship the item back using a reliable courier service.

Return Period

Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, unless a longer period is required by applicable UAE law or stated on the product page. Items returned after this period may not be accepted.

Return Request & Approval

Customers must initiate a return request by emailing info@odazsports.com. Once the request is reviewed and approved, a return authorization number will be provided. This number must be included inside the return package. Returns sent without approval may be refused or delayed.

Condition of Products

All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with tags, labels, and accessories intact. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and suitable for resale. For products sold as bundles, the complete bundle must be returned. Sealed goods, hygiene-sensitive products, perfumes, and similar items must remain unopened to be eligible for return, unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and product safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. These may include customized products, personalized items, opened sealed products, underwear, swimwear without hygiene protection, and items marked as final sale where permitted by law.

Return Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was wrong, defective, or damaged on arrival. In such cases, ODAZ will review the issue and, where approved, cover the reasonable return shipping cost or arrange collection.

Refund Procedure

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Online payments: refunded back to the original payment method, subject to payment provider and bank processing times.

  • Cash-on-delivery orders: credited to the customer’s ODAZ account, issued as store credit, or handled through another approved method where available.

  • Out-of-stock items: refunds or alternatives will be processed after confirmation with the customer.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, and the nature of the return. ODAZ will process approved refunds within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection requirements.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted for size, color, or product changes subject to stock availability and approval. If the requested replacement is unavailable, ODAZ may offer store credit, an alternative product, or a refund where applicable.

Restocking Fee

ODAZ does not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds are not provided for online payments. Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method where possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be handled through store credit or another approved refund method.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. After review and approval, ODAZ may arrange replacement, repair, return, refund, or store credit in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
