• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

• During busy periods, promotions, or high order volumes, shipping may be slightly delayed.

• Delivery Time: Up to 3 working days

• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout

• Free Shipping: On orders above AED 100

International Shipping

• Delivery Time: Up to 7 working days, subject to destination country, courier availability, and customs clearance

• Shipping Fees: Calculated and paid by the customer at checkout

• Free Shipping: On orders above AED 1,000, where available

Shipping Terms

• Multiple items in one order may be shipped separately depending on availability.

• Multiple shipments may result in more than one charge appearing on the cardholder’s statement.

• ODAZ does not ship to countries restricted by UAE laws, United Nations sanctions, OFAC sanctions, or other applicable international restrictions.

• We ship to most locations worldwide, subject to courier service availability and local regulations.
